Elizabeth is going as a "City Girl"??? Ruth Anne chose (or her mother chose) a more conventional outfit, the good old standby, a butterfly. Their mother is getting ready to take them to church for games and candy while I remain at home trying to wrap up the insulation installation in the garage/shop.

Weight training for toddlers

Start them young, and keep them on the smaller dumbells and before you know she'll be benchpressing 2x her bodyweight! 0.67 years old, and she can already dead-lift her weight.
